The old man is Xibalba in disguise, approached a young Joaquín at his father's grave and asked him for some bread. When Joaquín refuses, he trades him some for the Medal of Everlasting Life.

Physical Appearance[]

Is an old man with a big crooked nose full of warts, he has a mustache and a thick white beard. His mouth has very few teeth, some of which are broken, in one of his legs has a metal tube (like wooden leg). Wears an old and careless military suit, with a sombrero and a red cape.
